Korean English Customer Support Manager needed!We are looking for manager representative for internet based finance business.
Requirements:
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Be able to fast typing and using Computer.
- Have good internet connection > 30 Mbps.
- Native in Korean Language.
- The level of English (or Russian) - intermediate or upper-intermediate.
What you need to do:
- Processing the online-chats with customers.
- Processing the e-mails.
- Handling and processing the phone calls.
What we offer you:
• 3,75 EUR/hour.
• 75 EUR personal bonus by KPI & other bonuses.
• Possibility to working from home.
Others:
The graphic of working day: 2/2 (2 days work, 2 days off) or 5/2 (5 days work, 2 days off)
