We are looking for a local staffing supplier with extensive experience on working with different groups of audiences who will be able to provide multi-lingual support on hosting clients and guests during the most important sport event in russia 2018.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Meet all guests on arrival within the airport terminal;
Escort guests to their drivers on arrival or check in desk on departure:
Tracking the number of guests arrived to ensure all of them are met and escorted;
Accompany the group to all activities, including sightseeing, dinners and also to the stadium on the match day;
Stay on and help in an any urgent cases.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Advanced English is a MUST!
Knowledge of other languages will be your advantage;
Experience in the event industry and major sports tournaments, HORECA is necessary;
Familiar with host cities main landmarks, F&B venues and activities;
Experience working with both domestic and international clients.
