Hello we are looking for a Chinese sales manager (Dubai, UAE)
The real estate startup agency in Dubai, THEBROKS, is looking for a native Chinese speaker to join our team in the rapidly growing real estate market in the Emirates.
If you are not afraid of challenges, can easily adapt to new environments, are fluent in Chinese and English, aim to earn a substantial income, and are willing to take 100% responsibility for your personal results – we would be delighted to have you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Processing of Chinese client inquiries
Conducting Zoom meetings
Conducting property showings
Participation in offline events: delivering presentations at events
Promptly handling incoming inquiries from all channels
Searching for and attracting new clients (outbound inquiries)
Analyzing client requests and matching them with suitable projects
Conducting online and offline project presentations
Managing the CRM system based on standards
Our Requirements:
Native Chinese speaker
Successful experience in the real estate or sales field
Financial literacy and the ability to work with numbers
Intermediate-level proficiency in the English language
Presentable appearance and articulate speech
High degree of self-organization and systematic approach
Strong motivation to earn well
Willingness to relocate to Dubai
