Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Bilingual Translator fluent in Russian, and English (additionally Uzbek is a plus) to support our team in Tashkent and Bukhara. The role involves both written translation and live interpretation during meetings, site visits, and daily communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate documents and written materials accurately between Russian and English.
Provide live interpretation during business meetings, field/site visits, and day-to-day interactions.
Facilitate smooth and professional communication between team members and external stakeholders.
Assist with preparation of reports, presentations, and other written content as needed.
Requirements:
Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) Uzbek is a plus.
Proven experience in translation and interpretation roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel between Tashkent and Bukhara as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in business, technical, or project-based translation, ideally has experience with translations for production companies
Background in working with international teams or development projects.
